1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
2 TBL sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts, plus 2 TBL to be used as garnish on top of pudding.
Preheat oven to 350. Mix the above ingredients and pack in a 9 x 13 plan. Bake for 10 to 12 min, until crust is lightly golden. Remove from oven to cool. (if you are in a hurry, cool crust in freezer)
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix the above ingredients and spread on a COOLED crust.
1 box pudding flavor of your choice
Prepare according to the box directions, but lessen the milk by 1/2 cup. You want a very thick pudding.
Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Garnish with the remaining 2 TBL of chopped nuts
